MLT desulphurization vertical roller mill is widely used flue gas desulphurization equipment in power plant. The mill being produced independently by our company is based on absorbed advanced technologies both in home and abroad, which realize energy-saving, clean and environmentally friendly production. The MLT desulphurization vertical rollers mill in our company have been used the latest dynamic and static separator, of which has a high separating rate, frequency speed adjust rotation blade with a wide adjustable range. Prioritized disc design and roller structure can realize a requirement for no load operation. In accordance with the design theory for relative balance of between the material moving speed in the disc and its grinding speed, optimization design for technical parameters, such as: grinding pressure, roller diameter, roller width, disc rotational speed, bed thickness, air velocity for each section, etc.

Working principle of MLT vertical roller mill:

 After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator, and then evenly sent to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.The grinding disc is driving by motor through reducer. The material falls to grinding disc from the feed opening. The materials are driven to the edge of disc by the centrifugal force and crushed into fine powders by rollers. Then, the hot air from the nozzle take the fine powder to high effiency classsifer.The qualified powder are taken by the air to the powder collector to be collected, while the unqualified powder are sent back for regrinding. 

Features of MLT vertical roller mill:

1. The relative sliding between the millstone and grinding roller is very small, thus the rotate speed could be fast and the grinding roller pressure is high. Therefore the output is higher compared with other types grinding roller under the same specifications. 

2. It integrates the drying, grinding, selecting at the same time, with the simple technical process and lower noise. 

3. It’s suitable for the air swept and material circulation system. The latter can greatly reduce the power consumption of ventilation system.

4. Ventilation ring gap in mill can be flexibly adjusted according to the distribution of the material, in order to reduce ventilation resistance and power consumption. 

5. The roller can automatically lift or fall down, realizing no-load starting to reduce the motor starting torque.

6. Roll mill can turn out the cylinder shell under the effect of double roller cylinder for the convenience of maintenance. 

7. There is an efficient cage classifier device in it, with a sensitive adjustment of fineness, better load adaptability, and the high efficiency of the powder classifying which can reach above 90%.
